Pro-Vend, Inc. is an independent, non-union, full-service vending and food service company serving the Metro Richmond, Tri-Cities, and Southside Virginia areas. Pro-Vend's services include full-line vending, cafeteria operations, office coffee, purified water systems, and catering.

Since opening the doors in May of 1988, Pro-Vend has become one of the fastest growing vending companies in the area. More important than our rapid growth is our established reputation as a company that provides "consistently good service" and one that "cares about its customers."

Pro-Vend has put together a very service oriented, hard working team of professionals who understand the value of providing dependable service in today's world. While the company was originally started providing vending service only, expanding the services offered makes us more valuable to our customers. Our customers appreciate making one phone call for all of their food service and coffee needs.

There are many reasons for our success. Good communication with our customers is one of the main reasons. We find out what they want and tailor a plan to provide it for them.

Pro-Vend associates understand the simple fact that Pro-Vend is there to provide a SERVICE to its customers, "Without the customer, there would be no "Pro-Vend." In addition to this, Pro-Vend has a hands-on, experienced, and accessible management team. Every member of management has no less than eighteen years and some as many as thirty-five years of experience in the food service industry.


Pro-Vend is not the largest food service company around, with only 38 associates, but we are working hard every day to be the best!
